Excellent Optical Brightness Titanium Dioxide R-838 for Ink Plastic

R-838 rutile is a generic titanium dioxide prepared by the sulfuric acid method that is a non-toxic, chemically stable white powder treated with a silicon-aluminum coating and special organic solvents. After air-drying late in the production process, 838 has excellent dispersibility and a strong whiteness, brightness, glossiness, and good hiding power, achromatic power, as well as excellent weather-resistance and non-chalkiness.

R-838 is a rutile titanium dioxide pigment treated with an inorganic silicon-aluminum coating and organic solvents; which has an excellent optical brightness, whiteness, glossiness, tint-reducing power, as well as weather-resistance and dispersibility.

Applications:
superior indoor coatings, solid content paints, powder coatings, on road signs, in marine paints, and inks, as well as plastics (PVC, polyethylene, polystyrene, polyurethane), rubber, paper, and leather.
