1. Application
Polypropylene is a kind of polymer made from propylen by addition polymerization. It is a colorless, odorless, nontoxic and translucent solid substance. It is widely used in the production of clothing, blankets and other fiber products, medical devices, automobiles, bicycles, parts, transportation pipelines, chemical containers, and food and drug packaging.
Polypropylene is a kind of thermoplastic synthetic resin with excellent properties, which is colorless and translucent. With chemical resistance, heat resistance, electrical insulation, high strength mechanical properties, good abrasive resistance and process-ability, polypropylene has been rapidly developed and applied in many fields such as machinery, automobile, electronic and electrical appliances, construction, textile, packaging, agriculture, forestry and fishery, food industry and so on. In recent years, with the rapid development of China's packaging, electronics, automobile and other industries, it has greatly promoted the development of China's industry. Because of its plasticity, polypropylene is gradually replacing wood products. Because of its high strength, toughness and wear resistance, polypropylene has gradually replaced the mechanical function of metal. In addition, polypropylene has good graft and composite functions, and has great application space in concrete, textile, packaging, agriculture, forestry and fishery.
Optical brightening agent OB-1 is a kind of optical brightener for polypropylene. In the finished product market of polypropylene, some of the producers use the recycled PP in a certain proportion, that will give yellowish or gray color to the finished products, which can not meet the customer's requirements. OB-1 can absorb the ultraviolet light in nature and give out the visible blue light to neutralize the yellow color of the PP or recycled PP. So the finished product looks brighter and whiter. Besides, the PP products are usually processed under high temperature, normally between 170-270ºC.OB-1 can work really well under this temperature. The dosage of OB-1 in PP(virgin) is about 100-200ppm, which is really little, but can increase the whiteness value over 10%. So it is a very high efficiency and low cost additive for polypropylene.
2. Brief introduction
If no fluorescent whitening agent is added, most of the plastic products produced by plastic primary color granular are pale yellow, and the light-colored products have dim brightness and no texture, especially the recycled materials. The white or light-colored products produced are even more ugly. Adding fluorescent whitening agent will greatly improve the visual effect of the product. The product will turn from yellow to white and dark to bright; and fluorescent whitening agent is not Chemical whitening, is not physical whitening, but a kind of optical whitening, which achieves whitening and brightening effect by absorbing ultraviolet, reflecting visible light and reflecting to human eyes; therefore, the use of fluorescent whitening agent not only improves the appearance of the product, but also guarantee the safety of consumers.
Safety management:
This product can be managed according to general industrial chemicals. Gloves and protective glasses should be worn to avoid direct contact with skin or eyes. If stained with skin, rinse with clean water and soap.
We put air bags between the gap of 2 neighborhood pallets. We put covered cardboard around the cartoons on pallet on requirement. We use net at container door to prevent cargo falling down when open the door. Any better suggestion on how to load and protect the goods will been taken by us.
