1. Application
Chevron board is also known as PVC expansion sheet or Andy board, with PVC as the main raw material, adding foaming agent, flame retardant and anti-aging agent, extrusion molding with special equipment. The common colors are white and black.It can be sawed, planed, nailed and glued. It also has the special functions of no deformation, no cracking and no need to paint (with multiple colors);PVC foam board has the characteristics of anti-corrosion, moisture-proof, non absorbent, easy to heat forming and so on. It is widely used in furniture, bath cabinet, exhibition frame, box core, indoor and outdoor decoration, building materials and other fields. Because PVC itself has poor stability to light and heat, it will decompose and produce hydrogen chloride above 100ºC or after a long time of sunlight exposure. Further more, along with the decomposing process, changing of color, that's also called yellowing and fading phenomenon will happen, and the physical and mechanical properties will decline rapidly. Therefore, chemical additives such as stabilizer, ultraviolet absorber and whitening agent should be added in practical application. PVC is also an recyclable material, if using recycled PVC to make new product, it becomes crucial to add optical brightener.
Fluorescent whitening agent OB-1 is a kind of good optical brightener for Polyvinyl chloride. It's also a good optical brightener for foamed PVC. It can absorb the ultraviolet light between 340-380 wavelength and emit the blue light between 400-450 wavelength. It can It can effectively make up for the yellowing of white matter caused by blue light defect and significantly improve the whiteness and brightness of white matter in vision. It has high whitening intensity and strong fluorescence, and high temperature resistance, which is totally suitable for the normally 160-220ºC production environment of foamed PVC.
2. Brief introduction
If no fluorescent whitening agent is added, most of the plastic products produced by plastic primary color granular are pale yellow, and the light-colored products have dim brightness and no texture, especially the recycled materials. The white or light-colored products produced are even more ugly. Adding fluorescent whitening agent will greatly improve the visual effect of the product. The product will turn from yellow to white and dark to bright; and fluorescent whitening agent is not Chemical whitening, is not physical whitening, but a kind of optical whitening, which achieves whitening and brightening effect by absorbing ultraviolet, reflecting visible light and reflecting to human eyes; therefore, the use of fluorescent whitening agent not only improves the appearance of the product, but also guarantee the safety of consumers.
Safety management:
This product can be managed according to general industrial chemicals. Gloves and protective glasses should be worn to avoid direct contact with skin or eyes. If stained with skin, rinse with clean water and soap.
We put air bags between the gap of 2 neighborhood pallets. We put covered cardboard around the cartoons on pallet on requirement. We use net at container door to prevent cargo falling down when open the door. Any better suggestion on how to load and protect the goods will been taken by us.
